The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful during my city trip. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Plus, it was just a short walk to the local market. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for my stay. I especially loved the cultural and traditional design of the hotel which really added to the experience.

While the staff were friendly, there were a few minor issues with their training. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved a bit, but it was still manageable.

The hotel's location was perfect, very close to the market, transportation and other places of interest in the city. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with our meals.
